How we protect tenants’ deposits.

We at Fullers Estates protect all our managed tenancy deposits with the Deposit Protection Service.

The Deposit Protection Service is authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.

We use their Custodial protection scheme, where the Deposit Protection Service holds the deposit for the duration of the tenancy.

This is a free service and we do not charge either the landlord or the tenant.
