Letting Service Fees

Tenant Find Only – 6% (incl. VAT)

Our basic service for landlords who want to manage the tenancy themselves.

Rent Collection – 7.2% (incl. VAT)

We find your tenant and collect rent monthly on your behalf.

Fully Managed – 9.6% (incl. VAT)

A comprehensive service where we handle all aspects of the tenancy and property management.
